We just want to give you the good stuff! Everyone's skin is different. And not everything will work the same for everyone. We understand that, so in an effort to continue keeping you HAPPY in your personal care journey, we'll replace your product with a different Ahmi feminine product or a store credit if it isn't the right for your skin within 14 days of your purchase in exchange for the return of your previous item!
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for products. Please contact us for replacement product solution.
Due to our orders being handmade, no returns, or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to service@ahmicare.com and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the USPS and follow all of their directions via their website. USPS.com. Your item is insured up to $100 included with purchase.
Orders Schedule and Shipping
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY - FRIDAY WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS (10 Business Days during our Sales). ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom Fees These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes.
Note: We will do extensive tests to secure our natural products to make sure they don’t break during the shipping process.
