Ahi Tuna and Arugula Salad

Fish is packed with omega-3 fatty acids that are fantastic for skin, and arugula gives you enough vitamin A to make you really glow. Not to mention it's quick and delicious!

What You’ll Need:

  • Arugula

  • 1 steak of tuna

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Fennel seeds

  • Sesame seeds

  • Seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, ginger powder, salt)

  • 1/2 tomato

  • 1 dollop of dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • Freshly squeezed ginger juice (to taste)

  • Black Pepper

Prep: Sear the tuna brushed with olive oil on a very hot grill brushed, heating each side for about 90 seconds or so. Once it’s cooled down, slice up the tuna and lay onto a bed of arugula. Add mix in fennel seeds, sesame seeds, and a sliced tomato. For the dressing whisk Dijon mustard, honey, ginger juice, black pepper, thin with water and olive oil and pour over salad.

Coconut and Mango Smoothie

Mangos have Vitamin C along with Vitamins E, K, A, and B. Avocados are rich in healthy fatty acids as well as antioxidants and vitamins. Carrots are powerful for anti-aging (give me all the carrots). And strawberries are high in Vitamin C, helping our bodies make collagen. Finally, coconut water is automatically re-hydrating and is a great source of potassium and magnesium.

What You’ll Need:

  • Coconut Water (No added sugar)

  • Strawberry

  • Carrot

  • Mango (Honey mangos preferred for sweetness)

  • Avocado

Prep: Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Chopped Mediterranean Salad

Black and green olives are high in sulfur helps to increase collagen production in joints and skin, and repair collagen fibers that have been damaged.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 Cucumbers

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 7Black Olives

  • 7 Kamala Olives

  • 5 Pimento Olives

  • 2 Sprigs of Dill

  • 5 Banana Peppers (in juice)

  • 2 teaspoons of Avocado Oil

  • Black Pepper (to desire)

  • Feta Cheese Crumbles (optional)

Prep: Slice all produce up into cubes and add to a bowl add 2 teaspoons of avocado oil. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive juice from jar into mixture and 1 tables of banana pepper juice. Season with black pepper as desired and add feta cheese crumbles. Mix and enjoy alone or with a chicken breast.
